Is their a lot of difference in the H&R super sport springs compared to the steada sport springs? If so what would be the best for a car used some on the street but mainly on the track?

super sports are nearly a 2in drop and the Steedas are 1 inch in the front and 1 1/4 in the back.

If by track you mean a road course then the general concensus is that a 2 inch drop is too much for the track. Lowering the car this much seriously messes up the front geometry and leaves you nearly riding on the bump stops at both ends.
