The car I bought has GT500 pumps and I was just wondering how far they will get you on these cars with no other mods. The car has a Roush TVS on it and thats all it has for fuel upgrades now.

The pumps themselves, can support upwards of 600rwhp with the right injector/rail setup.

I'm using 60lb injectors and maxed my pumps out at 550rwhp at 98% duty cycle. I added only a Dual BAP to the mix and I'm at 70% making 675rwhp. Hopefully I'll hit 700rwhp once I add dumps and change out coils again.

Stock fuel rails and lines.

Very similar to 06BBR. About 680 rwhp with GT500 + 2 single KB baps, upgraded lines and rails. Recently switched to Lethal's triple pumps (3 gt pumps) system. Rebuilding motor and other stuff being changed, not been back to track with new fuel system.

I think the GT500 pumps will take you there, but I'd be concerned with running that stock fuel rail and lines at this point. :)

Maybe that's just me being paranoid, but like my grandfather once told me:

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean someone isn't out to get you.

Find someone that has a data logger and check your fuel pump duty cycle. that should tell you how much furthur you can push it.

Hey Red what power level are you at with the Roush TVS s/c? Stock internals or forged?

Yall running twin 20 AMP BAP's?
You can run twin 20a or twin 40a or the dual setup . When runnig two seperate units there is no need for the 40a though . The 40a was the shit for the gt500 pumps till the dual unit came out . The dual unit is the way to go if yuo want simplicity . The two unit setup will work just as well if you can get the units cheaper then the duel BAP just a lttle more wiring . Hell I built a custom dual MSD 30a setup with the twin GT40 pumps and at 700/700 RW Im at a 70% DC but this was a complete wireing and system rebuild.

In short GT500 pumps and the KB dual BAP will support 700rwhp easy. One thing Ive learned is to much fuel is a GOOD thing. LOL
