It is a terrible idea to tune it yourself if you do not tune cars. You could cause serious damage. It should be professionally tuned. Whether it be email tuned or dyno tuned.
Just punch a bunch of buttons and enter a bunch of big numbers. Bigger is always better.
Recently bought a used sct 3 x3 how do I adjust to get the best out of it.
I bring a pot of water to a boil then drop the tooner in for around 3 minutes. This will reset the tooner to allow you do do your own tooning. For maximum performance you will want around 50* of total timing at WOT and an A/F ratio of around 16:1 at WOT. This should get your otherwise stock GT into the low 9 second range in the 1/4 mile.
