Well, it was actually my first car, but it sounded like a leaf blower anyways. I got it when I was 16. It was 3 years old and looked like this.....
after a couple of years I had it looking like this....on February 4, 2008
February 5, 2008, after the EF4 tornado, it looked like this....
So while it was being fixed on the outside, I decided to do something unique with the engine. A few guys had been testing these, so I joined in and put an M112 off of an 03 cobra on my 3.8L which I had recently stroked to a 4.2L
I put it on the dyno and made 320rwhp and 417rwtq
And here it is at the track. My first pass went 12.9 @115
After this pass, I wasn't happy, so I pulled the motor out again, built a 4.3L all forged stroker, ported eaton, 2.9 pulley, and was projected to make around 500rwhp, but I got pissed when my roll cage wouldn't fit so I yanked it out and bought a cobra.
Thats about it....Just thought I'd share.....Moral of the post is, don't waste your money on a v6......
