Finally-

Made it to the track yesterday and finally got the 11 second time slip I was looking for! Data logged the runs and first gear shifted at 6,100 rpm and the second run shifted at 5,900 so I sent them to Mike and just waiting for a revised tune and then bact to the track I go-
60ft dropped from high 1.80's to 1.64 and 1.67-
Best mod yet is the Converter!

Yes i just added the converter recently...my best with the stock converter was 12.18@116 mph-
I do not think i was spinning and Mike told me today to leave at a higher rpm because i should be able to get 60ft's in the high 1.50's
My rear tire is 28" in height...
I will try again on Wednesday night...Mike tweaked the tune today and said with a 60ft in the 1.50's i should get into the 11.80's...I will let you know what happens-

How are you launching the car? Foot braking it up? I have a 4C and was getting 1.8s just flooring it when it went green. Never tried anything else.

How are you launching the car? Foot braking it up? I have a 4C and was getting 1.8s just flooring it when it went green. Never tried anything else.

My first pass i launched at 2k rpm and that got me a 1.74 60ft and a [email protected] 2nd pass i launched off idle and got a 1.88 60ft and a [email protected] 3rd time i power braked to about 2,400 rpm and got a 1.67 60ft and ran a [email protected] and my fourth pass i held about the same 2,400 and got a 1.64 60ft and ran a [email protected] sure how i lost 2 mph-

In all the runs first gear never made it pass 6,100 rpm but second and third were between 6,900 and 7,100 rpm-

I sent the data logs to Mike and he sent me a revised tune that i will try out tomorrow night at the track...

He said i need to brake torque even more and that my 60ft's should be able to cut 1.50's....and if i do that then i should get into the 11.70's 11.80's-

I will let you know how i make out-

Getting better! That's about the same 60's I get, I did get a 1.60 one time lol. What kind of da are you running in?

Your 60s look better More consistent. Better track prep or you found a better tire psi or better burnout. Your first set was all over the place. Good work just keep at it and keep some notes

You gotta foot brake man! I am near 1.8 on the stock converter, on all season street tires leaving at around 1500. You should be WAY lower then 1.8.
