Lighted door sills

We have the IUP in our 06 and the aluminum piece on the driver side sill plate had peeled up. I found a set of lighted sill plates on ebay for a decent price out of a 2010. Will the 06 have plugs for these or will I need to wire them in myself? I don't mind wiring, I just don't want to create extra work if it's not needed.

If it doesn't light up right now, there won't be a plug hiding there. You'll have to do your own wiring which doesn't seem like it'll be too difficult. Let us know how it turns out!

i bought a set off ebay also for my 08 . I had to run a wire from my map light/ door trigger wire to both sides . Also on my lighted sill plates , their was a plug with 4 wires . 1 Ground and 1 for Red, Blue and Green . I hooked all 3 up and it lit up white , But ended up just hooking up the blue to match my Cobalt gauges .
