i'm renting my parents second house and have 2 bedrooms open for rent. the house is a single story 3 bedroom 2 bath. it is located in brea, ca just north of down town brea. i finished literally my dad and i remodelin the entire house all new flooring, paint, exterior paint, textured ceilings, new kitchen cabnets stove fridge ect.
rent is 500 + utlities a month
