How good is ya'lls break-in oil for the 3V? Ready to be used on the dyno and first startup?

However...what I did on my new engine....was bought the cheapest oil/filter I could, put it in, started the car, checked for leaks, let it get up to temp, drained it and put the good stuff in.

What year car?

Sig or XL series oil and same for the filter; the sig series oil is good for 25K/1 year and usually uses the EA filter which is good for the same duration, the XL oil is good for 6 months/10k and uses a standard Wix filter.
