Tomorrow should be the close of phase 1 of the construction project.. a new and larger composite deck.
Phase 2 of the construction project starts... the excavation for the garage addition. ( I have a backhoe as a lawn ornament on the garage side of the casa de Gonz...
We are turning one of the garage bays into a first floor laundry room, mudroom and entryway and adding an addirtional bay in its place The garage will be the same size, but completely finished inside, with better lighting for when I do my detailing projects. It should be done by the first week of October... just in time to do my "end of the season" details
