Hi everyone. Just picked up a red 05 gt. This is my first right wheel drive car, or one with more than 4 cylinders. First plans are to do the basic breather mods and freshen up the motor mounts, trans and rear end mounts. Anyone know of someone that makes poly replacements for rear end mounts?

most folks don't fool with the mounts until they do some hardcore mods...

I have been doing some reading. Not much have I found on the mounts just yet. It isn't so much that I think it needs them but it was more a refreshing since the car is at 85,000 and I'm not sure how it was treated by it's previous owner. I know the tranny had to be replaced after the first test drive as something was up with the one in it. I'll probably never get anyhere near "hardcore" with the mods. Mid to low 12s and a tolerable daily is all it's destined for as of now. We'll see how that lasts.

You should start thinking about suspension and lighter driveshaft to start with then.

Welcome.

If you need something that's not on my site let me know, I have access to a lot more.
