Welcomed you on your "check" post, but what the hell...here's another one for ya.
:bigbeer:

Question though...why two sets of wheels? And I don't know how you guys with white cars do it. Just like black ones...they're clean for like 30 seconds after you wash them. I'd drive me nuts....O.K., nuttier.:thud:

Hey man welcome. I'm the president of the Baylor Driving Club here in Waco, TX. We do a few events a year with the Texas A&M Sports Car Club (TAMSCC). You should sign up on both forums and hopefully make it out to a few events. Both clubs are very active. Here are the links:

BDC: http://www.baylordrivingclub.com/forums/index.php
TAMSCC: http://www.tamscc.org/forum/index2.php

I was planning on going to the first TAMSCC practice event but I figured I would be blowing too much money for that 1 weekend.

Were you there for the import vs. domestic night? I saw a CS GT parked next to dyno joe's GT500. I believe there were 3 white stangs over there. The other one had a s/c on it.

Oh yeah and it gets a little dirty but its not as bad as my old black stang got. Its nice b/c after I wash it and I dont feel like drying it I dont have to cause you wont see the water spots. It can rain on the car and it wont get dirty its just when I drive in the rain is when it gets dirty.

Oh and Kenny I think em and my buddy might be heading down there next Sunday to get some passes. He is going tomorrow to get his car tuned at PSI in H-Town. He has a 03 cobra w/ steig 3 port, 2.8 upper, 4lb lower, all pretty much every other bolt on. he also has stage 5 half shafts and full exhaust.

I ran a 13.4 that night but I was launching easy on the MT DRs. I didnt want to break my driveshaft and be stranded 2 hours from home. But if I go down there next Sunday ill be launching the hell out of it and shooting for mid 12s. Hopefully ill have time this week to install the u/d pulleys and short throw.
