Hi All,

:newbie: UK member here, hoping to tap into the US knowledge base as and when :)

Had the '06 Mustang GT for around 16 months now... bought with 11k miles on the clock... 1 owner previously who bought the vehicle new after import.

Its changed quite a lot since I bought it, from new lights, mirrors, audio stuff to lowering and the most recent tweak of customising the wheels last weekend. Also being driven, now appraoching the 20k mark... you'd be surprised how many over here just sit in garages .

Love the V8, and certainly gets some looks when driving her over here in little old Blighty...

Welcome mate, you've come to the right place! I'm a Brit, so it's especially good for me to see you on here!

Damn, the petrol prices must be killing you though with that thing in the UK!

Yeah, thankfully to US using 87 Ron, running it here on the 95 ron (normal fuel) is fine... if I had to use 97-99 Ron it would cripple. Its not the everyday car, so its not bad to be honest :)

Cheers!

There are alot of them over here, not until the shows do you realise how many. Classics, Foxs, 05-09 GT's, plus a few 2010/2011s :)

To be honest a Jag doesn't float my boat, and the Porsches I could have got are the ones most people seem to go for, and it would of had a fair few miles on it. I've done hot hatches, and sporty saloons... with the want of an American V8...it had to be the Mustang :)

Love it :D
