OEM heated seats retrofit on 2005 s197 V6 Convertible

Hi there
Ive got in issue with retrofitted oem heated seats. The buttons light up but the seats don heat. The power driver seat works. Wonder what the problem might be in?

All cars are not wired for heated seats. The heated seat cars have 2 relays that are located just behind, and down from the headlight switch area. without that wiring and relays you are not gonna have power going to the heated seats.... I'll take a picture of the relays tomorrow for you...
