Alright, so I did a thorough search before I decided to post this. I am up in arms about what could possibly be causing this so I am hoping someone has some good advice.
I have a procharger on my 05 GT. Running 14 PSI currently on an 8-rib pulley. Lately, I have noticed that my car has been running hot everytime I turn on the A/C. Granted, I live in TX where yesterday the temp was 110. The AC blows WARM air and the car immediately starts to rise in temperature. I shut the car off, of course, before it gets too hot. The car is not losing any anti-freeze/coolant but runs hot and smells like anti-freeze. Any suggestions?
The only thing that I could think of was the thermostat was stuck half way or the water pump isn't pumping enough for the increased work. I am so lost.
