Um...are you flowbenching this as you're going? It's not uncommon for port jobs like these to make your car lose power. You know, air velocity and all that. But otherwise looks like good.

Partially coping a Posi Port and just using the ole noodle. I have 6 m122 SCs so I'm going to be doing a little testing.

make sure to radius the edges once you are done.

And you want to leave a rough/dimpled surface on everything (think gold ball but with smaller dimples). It will disrupt the boundary layer of air that runs along the walls and speed up airflow.

Smooth/polished is not ideal.
