Took the boat down to Lake Cumberland September 3rd-9th for their poker run and festivites.

Ran into some issues later on that day....found this to be the reason:

*Called Hydromotive on getting the prop possibly repaired. Since its a cast piece they cannot repair it and unfortunately they only sell the props in pairs @ $5,000 a set
Decided to hold off until Key West to check out some Hering Clever Racing Props, might as well shop around a little before settling on a set, whats another $2-3K at this point.

Golf Kart with a built 12:5:1 (110 octane) motor....

Also stopped by Lake Cumberland Marine to check out some new toys....this beauty caught our eye. Brand New Skater 46', customer had it built and couldn't flip the bill.

*Boat is currently without power....but we figure a couple Merc Racing 1300HP Twin Turbo motors with No. 6 Outdrives would fit nicely....Top speed should be good for 180-190mph.....To be continued....

Jamestown Marina, there are some cabins up the hill we always rent out.

I see your somewhat local near Somerset....I don't know how you guys deal with the dry county.

Dude, you're killing me. I used to live directly above Lee's Ford Marina. Also, I worked at Xtreme Audio in Somerset, and we used to work on boats at Lake Cumberland Marine and on the water in the marinas all the time. I used to LOOOVE working on the houseboats in Jamestown. Especially on holiday weekends! (that's all I'm gonna say about that )

Nice boat and run. That lake is a blast on the holiday weekends. Use to go down and stay on the houseboats all weekend. Talk about seeing some wild stuff.
