I am install my rotorpros rear rotors and pads and I can't get the piston to screw in enough. I have the ford caliper tool and I am turning it put it not going in far enough. any suggestions?
Interesting... my rear brakes were definitely the screw in type. The fronts weren't... just used a clamp on them.
To the OP... it can sometimes be a PITA to get the pistons back in. Make sure the cap is off the master cylinder to start with. After that, it's just some muscle.
naa i just used the tool to push it in but if you have a large pair of pliers and some good ole fashioned muscle you can do it too.
I had the same problem......you have too loosen up the bleeder so the piston can go back...otherwise you'll be spinning it all week without mooving it an inchI rent the caliper tool from auto zone, still didn't work right away. I had to turn it the opposite way for a little bit then it work

I used to have the same bottom tool also. Guess I need to order a new one. Thanks for the link, Brad!I used the top tool for the fronts and the bottom tool for rears.
