removal of stripes....

Well, ive noticed some defects and crooked lines in the stripes so i want to re-do them. what is the easiest way to do it and what is the best way to remove the "" underneith them when i finally get them off

hair dryer works well, i took mine off that way, just go slow. it will not leave residue if they are vinyl.

Hair dryer, or real hot water or steam works great.Mineral spirits works real well for any residue left.
