SCT Tuner from my 2010 Mustang Gt. Excellent cond with all original packaging etc. No idea if it is locked unlocked?.. As I have no idea the difference. It had a 93oct dyno tune for my Mustang loaded on it...so . Anyway $175shipped ??

No car was sold with all mods ...so if it is locked can it be unlocked? What is it worth locked?
