Silver RTR's

Here is the run down. 4 Silver RTR wheels all look great although one has a chip on it from a rock or something which I took a picture of. Comes with TPMS sensors. Tires, 2 are at least 60% and the other 2 are gone but hold air. $1200 shipped. If you have any questions, let me know.

I have not seen these in person could it be polished out or does it need paint?
