Is there a better transmtion rebuild kit for 2005 gt stock trnsmtion ?

and whats the bigged stroker kit I can find for the engine ? and whats thro pros and cons about them ? I heard over 302ci is just cooling problems. .

302 is the biggest I would go with unless you but the new big bore block then you can bore and stroke it to 331 ci. with a stroker you will have more horsepower and torque because you have more displacement

931-646-4836 ask for Grey.

I live in Lake Charles, La. and in 2 weeks had my transmission with 36 spline shaft, heat treated gears,...etc. for $2300.

This guy is VERY personable and easy to reach.

My syncro prblems FINALLY solved.... WITHOUT needing tremec/bellhousing/driveshaft/shifter change.

Trust me... it'll be more than worth it to make the call.

btw,I found this place just browsing, looking for a tremec b/c I was too on my 3rd.

my 2c

did he rebuild the TR3650 or did you swap to something else? Which shaft in the transmission is a 36 spline?

I am looking for a setup that can hold 650 rwtq and have 2 TR3650's. I am wondering if I can upgrade them or do I just need to swap to TR6060 or 4R70W

Well what do u think of a T-56 swap ? something off a viper or the 2004 Cobra.. or what about the TR-6060 thats from the GT500 ? Which would fit better and still make my ride smooth with Gears like 4.30 or more..

Thanks

TR6060 is an easier swap, check out D&D Performance
