Ooh, fun, make sure to get non-n20 numbers on them too.

no, the ford racing intake is like an inch taller then the stock one. No strut tower brace will clear this monster

I'm surprised no one has put together a strut tower brace like the classic guys run that is multilink and goes around the center of the motor (think carb/aircleaner clearance). The crossbar is forward, like over the belts and runs diagonals back to the towers.

it's the same material as the stock intake. It's perfect for nitrous...or so they claim

But will it fit under a stock hood with that being an inch higher

Can't see why not, Stock intake with a intake cover would equal the same thing.

They arn't out yet so no strut tower brace plan's makes sense

It will take nitrous (risk is always involved for a back fire though) , it's alot thicker then the stock one, the belly of the intake is alot better design so it won't pool as bad.

There are TwinScrews that I believe can not have any of the existing strut tower braces, particularly with stock hood.

~$500-$600

depends where you buy. I paid $500 for mine. Still waiting.

Where did you pay $500 for this intake, because I've only seen them for $599.

Does anyone have any idea what the estimated power gains are on these intakes with FI. I have a turbo with BBR heads, but factory cams, and i was wondering if the gains would justify getting one.
