Basically the track key advances the shit out of your timing and adds 5lbs of boost from the hidden small electric supercharger under the intake. It also activates The Noooosssss and your car automatically sprays a 100 shot if the other car gets in front of you. The track key has built in gps which links to a satellite which tracks your car and knows if it is losing a race.
