I know every tune is different of course, but realistically, what would whp increase would i be looking at with a 93 octane tune from one of the vendors here on the forums? I have a 07 Shelby GT with the basic bolt ons (cai, gears, exhaust). Seems I can never find the answer to this question. Thanks!

If you are the stock tune currently you can expect around 25rwhp from a custom 93 oct email tune. I reccommend an sct/BBR tune.
What cai do you have?

Awesome, didn't realize I would see such an improvement over the tune from Shelby, which is nothing to write home about to begin with lol.

Yeah man, then talk to BBR they will set you up.

Iwent to a shelby dyno day in nc last wear. there were 10-15 shelby gt's there putting down 260-270rwhp and when my car went on and made 315rwhp i had everyone of thems attention ,asking me all kinds of questions they though i had heads/cams work and i as like no just bolt-ons with 93 emial tune.

I gained 32rwhp on a 93oct tune and cai on my stock gt.

so with decent conditions, low 13s should not be out of reach?

I dyno tuned a 07 Shelby GT last Saturday. Other than the 4.10 gears I installed, the car was stock with 1800 miles. With the Shelby tune, it made 269 whp and 289 ft lbs. After the tune, it made 293 whp and 298 ft lbs. This was done on a Mustang Dyno SAE corrected.
