Unable to respond to PM's

Having an issue responding to PM's. I can read them fine, but when I reply, the response seems to go nowhere. I click Submit and the message goes away, like it sent, but when I check the Sent folder later on, nothing is showing up. Any help for this one?

U have to change ur settings to,save a copy of the sent in the CP
