What are these & torque specs

I believe these are called cam phaser solenoids…? I’m trying to reinstall these but can find any torque specs. I can find vids on replacing the solenoid itself but nothing on the part of it I’m trying to install. Trying to find torque on bolts in red

The VCT solenoid is the piece that's mounted vertically with the black plastic wiring harness connector, and it's held in place by the small bolt that you see next to it.
The middle of the three bolts you circled is the top retaining bolt for the passenger side inner timing chain guide and is torqued to 89lb-in or 10Nm. The other two are for the VCT housing and are also torqued to 89lb-in or 10Nm.
