My daughter got a car (actually an suv, a Tahoe LTZ), so I had dinner with her and her boyfriend and drove my Mustang back home last night. I didn’t realize how much I missed driving it

Those FR500 wheels sure look awesome.. I also know what you mean about not realizing how much you've missed driving your GT.. Needless to say, I'll have all winter to think about it lol.

Hey thanks! Actually those are the GT4 wheels, I really wanted the chrome FR500 wheels in 18x10 but AM discontinued them and I caught an awesome sale on these.
I had the black center/polished lip FR500 in 18x9 before.

I’m fortunate to live far enough south to drive it like I stole it all year. I don’t know how you stand to put it away all winter!

IMO those GT4 wheels look just as good as the FR500.. And trust me, I hate having to put the Mustang away all winter, as I just count down the days for spring to arrive looking forward to getting behind the wheel once again for another great year lol.

I agree with you on both accounts. I'm keeping mine out of storage while we still have this warm weather..

Finally changed swapped out the shitty windshield wipers with some Anco Contours. Night and day difference.

Bout time to put mine away for the winter too...always makes me sad.

Figure I'll drive it the rest of this week but after saturday it's supposed to be COLD. Time to break out the truck.

Haven't driven ours in about 2 weeks, longer for the Shelby.
Sitting in the garage with last ride's dirt on them, and now covered in sawdust too since I was cutting wood in there the last couple of days.
Can't wait for a short heat wave to take them out and clean them up.

I don't know how you guys up north handle putting the cars away for the winter. Hell, I can ride my bike damn near year round. I'll freeze my nuts off, but I can do it.

RIP - You will be missed
Hint - it's not because of the cold.

Not that snow/slush/ice-melt keeps all of the Mustangs off the road during the whole of winter either. Brine might be a different story.

Put my street shoes on mine today and drove to work because it is sunny and in the 40's. I put the UPR LCA Relocation brackets on mine recently as well.
