What should I pay?

I know it isn't a S197 but I do respect opinions on pricing in this forum. I am looking to buy a 2004 Saleen SC #13. It is in mint condition 14K miles, with ever option including big brakes, chrome wheels, signed valve covers etc. I am able to pick it up for 21K, and I think the price is fair. Just wanted to gauge what you guys think. Thanks a lot in advance.

I found out the Saleen is 1 of 4 Saleen extremes made in 2004. I would much prefer this over a cobra. A lot more rare and a lot better price. I bought it already and the dealer had no idea what an extreme Saleen was. They were a little pissed after I told them once I gave them the check.
