Where can I find more of these?

Need more of these to replace the broken Christmas tree wire holders. Does anyone know where to find them? I found this one in my car but it was the only one I've come across.

I saw that one. But I really wanted the type of insert that is squeezable like in the photo. I really hate those Christmas trees. There such a bitch to get. The one in the pic popped out nicely and I can reuse it

Thanks bud. I'll start checking jegs for these types of little thingys. Never actually shopped there.
