Don't get me wrong, I love almost everything about my 2011 GT.
It still feels quick, has been extremely reliable, still looks good (to me anyway)...when the 2013 refresh came along, I loved it but not that much more than my 2011. The engine upgrades were insignificant...so I held onto my '11.
When the S550 came along for 2015, I was reaaallly tempted. It offered a nice upgrade to the already wonderful Coyote a really sharp interior and honest to goodness IRS which all sounded amazing until I saw it in person and drove it.
Yeah, I liked the car just fine but there were too many bad angles in the styling for my taste and it was absolutely no quicker than my 2011. No deal.
Now we have the S550.5 revision for 2018 that brings along major upgrades, particularly when it comes to performance goodies. The advertised sub-four-second 0-60mph sprint alone is astounding. This is a legitimately improved car.
So why are you sticking with your S197?
