Would these 16" V6 wheels fit my car?

They're the 16x8" wheels from a V6. I'd like use then with some 295/50/16 MT Drag Radials.

I'm thinking the back spacing should be correct and I don't mind if I'd have to get the sway bar kit.

Well that's crap. Seller said they were 8" wide. 8"s the minimum for the tires I'm looking at.
