I'm having a bit of an issue with an SLP linelock kit, had a solenoid go bad. I called SLP yesterday and they asked for a copy of the invoice and the phone number where I bought the kit. I didn't remember seeing an invoice with my stuff, so I sent Jess a pm last night asking if I could get a copy.

I looked through my stuff and found the install instructions, but couldn't find an invoice. So this morning, I called SLP, preparing to beg and plead with them. Nope, Jess, who I found out is on vacation, had already emailed them, confirmed that I bought the kit from him, and had them just waiting for my call so I could send the bad solenoid in for replacement.

Awesome, just awesome. Thanks, Jess!
