Have you checked the price from the local dealer yet? I purchased some a couple years ago and I remember them being relatively inexpensive. I don't remember exactly, but I am thinking it was less than $20 for the pair? Of course, with Ford, the price could have gone up dramatically? Just a thought?

I melted mine by driving without the front fascia. The wind pushed them back into the tires. Epic fail on my part.

They are two pieces in each well. They call it front well and back well.
The fronts are $50 a pop. So my mistake cost me big. They are easy to change out though.

Ive neer seen any used but you may have luck at a junkyard.
I ordered my replacements from the dealers parts counter.

They were labelled GT so I guess there is a difference.

I believe you only need the fronts of the well liner which is $50 a side.
