Damn... I have a spare sitting at the house. Unfortunately I have been "away from the house" for over a month and still have a month to go on this trip.

Sorry man, sure doesn't.

I bought a spare off of fleabay and sent it out to a buddy of mine and had it polished. It was a swap out from someone poor schmuck that bought one of the aftermarket ones. So no motor was included.

well, if i reuse the one on my GMS TB, it will have the same problem since the main issue is the motor. Or am I wrong? And if so, explain. Thanks

I can get it all assembled from ford for $200 but i don't want to spend that much.

I was being a smart all sorry, I ment the car motor as in long block. I don't know if mine at PMP has the motor in it or not, do they need to reuse the motor from the TB on the GT500 TB?

Montreal Qc,
I have one complete with motor. Never been opened or touched since I installed my GT500 throttle body.

i bought one today after being inpatient. LOL

So, I installed it, and when i turned my car on, it went right o failsafe mode and was wicked rough. I reflashed it but still the same thing. I took the stock on off and put the GMS TB back on and it ran fine.

Any ideas why this would happen?

I'm guessing the GMS throttle body is a little bigger than stock, and your tune is set for that. Just call up your tuner and have him update it for ya!

wasn't the tune.

Ran the code and it was the TPS. I replaced it with the one on the GMS ad it ran awesome. Car has never felt this better at idle and reaction! Gonna have it retuned next weekend because when you get on it in 3rd their is alittle hesitation. But besides that, its awesome!
