The Evil One
Well at least I learned who not to sell to.
Everything I sell on here, E-bay, or Craiglist gets secretly marked and LOTS of pics taken just before it ships just to avoid crap like this.
Is that why the pulley's I bought from you smelled like piss? lol
I mark my stuff also or atleast take very detailed pics. I'd like to see pics of his old radio also.
RH
I would also like to see pics of the buyer's old radio with screenname and date so its not just a random picture...
I didn't even think of the existing radio already being bad therefor buying Sherrod's radio and then swapping them when the package arrived...OP, why did you need another radio?
Check the pins on the back of the radio. Sometimes they get bent or broken...Lord knows I've seen plenty of those.

This is why I will never give PayPal my bank account info. It's equivalent to handing out my bank info to every scammer on eBay.Maybe it is just me but that is the first thing I thought of. His radio was scratched and he purchased a new looking one to replace it with. Maybe I have been burned selling things over the internet and always look at it as the other guy is being a thief.
I sold a built 4L60E out of my Camaro years ago with no problems at all on eBay. The guy that bought it filed a dispute with eBay and Pay Pal over it saying it didn't work. They refunded him all the money and I paid shipping back to me to get it checked out. When it arrived it was a stock 4L60E that didn't work and I could do nothing about it as he had already gotten the money back from Pay Pal. So I got stuck with a broken stock transmission and out a couple hundred dollars worth of shipping.
This is the reason I do not sell stuff over the internet anymore. I will give it away or throw it away before it goes for sale on the internet.

+1.......
Just a little research here:
The first pic of from Sherrod. I circled a button in red. It's not REAL clear...but I don't see any damage to it in the pic he posted.

Second image is the same button that the 'buyer' just posted. It's clearly scratched.

Now the pic Sherrod has is blown up and not really clear. There's a spot there but it looks like the edge of the button not a scratch. Same shiny spot at the top edge of that button and the bottom.

Not meaning to piss on the fire. But the mark you have circled in red, looks exact to the picture the buyer posted.
