Ok here is the key to the bank so to speak lol. Dont abuse this. You will be a level 200+ in less than 4 races.

This is for xbox... I dont PS/ Upon further digging this may work for PS.

Log out and go to the home screen. Go to settings, configure network, DNS manual, enter 185.12.46.49 close the window. Test network and log on.

Go to story mode, from story mode push start and go to the "online" tab. Start a private match and do a race. I recomend criminal record 1 lap super cars

You will level up very fast, do a couple races and rob 3 or 4 stores and you will be set. Just save then log out and change your DNS back to 000.00.00.00. Use auto DNS test your network, confirm the 185... is not in use and return to gtav a billionaire.
