Best Customer Service Ever!!!

I just wanted to take the time to thank American Muscle for their AWESOME customer service.

I had a problem with fitment on a part that I purchased from AM over a year ago and since my car was getting overhauled I didn't have a chance to install it until now. I called AM up and they promptly exchanged the part for a new one a year later, no runaround, nothing of the sort.

My hats off to AM for SUPERB customer service.

I just ordered some more parts and will continue to do so.

they have always been great to me, people that complain about their customer service must call in and treat them like shit, the saying "you'll get more bees with honey than vinegar" applies when dealing with customer service reps

Same experience here. I bought some Pypes Bombs...one pipe was dented but I put them on the car anyway. After nearly a month of tinkering I couldn't get the fitment right. They took 'em back no problem. I was shocked.
