I didn't say it was fast, but perhaps if you squint a little?
Transmissions have nothing to do with fast - as you have personally observed, the important thing about transmissions is connecting the engine and rear wheels in a reliable manner regardless of the power (and thus speed) applied...
Fast is a byproduct from the perspective of the transmission...
I paid for fast.
If you did and still got a slushbox - you have been robbed!
