Picked up the car on Saturday. What started as a cold call looking for info on a ProCharger install turned into a major overhaul. With Fred Cook walking me through the options and support from the wife, a new beast was born. Summary of mods include:
* ProCharger Stage II (P1SC) with in vent boost gauge
* Boss 302 Intake and associated accessories (including STB)
* Long tube catted headers to Borla S-Type cat-back
* Jon Lund custom tune
* TSW Nurbergring wheels & NT05 tires
* Brembro kit
* Suspension mods (lower, proper geometry etc)
* Billet grille & black chin scoop

The Result

I try not to think about the $$. Who knows what this green and black printed linen will be worth in an few years, so, what the hell.

The weird part is my wife kept saying 'well, if you're going all the way out there why not get it all done in one trip'. Ummmmmm, Ok.

what kinda power?
I opted for a relatively tame setup since I'm running the car on road courses. It's 535 to the wheels if I recall correctly (need to get the dyno data in hand). The ProCharger is exactly what I wanted. The boost / power builds in a very linear way so while I'm building confidence on the track I can run in higher gear / lower RPM. However, it can still get away in a hurry.

Thanks! I said the same thing. I really can't take much credit here.

First, I ended up with that color / stripe combination by total dumb luck. I drove 2 hours to buy a Kona Blue with the options I wanted and the dealer sold it before I arrived. I hadn't seen the Yellow but really liked it and it had the options I wanted (mostly).

Second, I ended up working with Evolution (also by luck, they are reasonably close and were recommended by ProCharger when I was researching the blower). Fred Cook helped me put the project together. "Helped me" is a bit of an understatement. At some point it was clear he had a vision of what the car should look like. It sounded cool and I knew I lacked the knowledge and experience to micromanage the effort.

I'll get some video soon. BTW, the sound is AMAZING. It's just f-ing mean. On the highway there is virtually no drone but under power past 3500 it just screams.

The car will run at Virginia International Raceway during SVT CobraFest over Memorial Day weekend.

looks good. I would take the fuel rail covers off but that is just my opinion. I am not really into covering the engine bay with plastic parts

Sure didn't waste anytime did you!

I'm insanely jealous of the Procharger! I can't wait until I get one!

Does the intake tubing rub against the strut tower brace? It looks like it does in the pics.

Yes it does touch the STB. I dont think its going to be a problem It's tight back there for sure. One last item I'm considering is a hood with functional vents or a scoop to get some cool air back to the intake. Back where that intake is, it's going to get hot.
