I have the same setup but with stock manifolds and cats and I normally see right around 8.5psi and when it gets cold it will hit right at 9 but I have NEVER seen 9.5psi... the weather ,elevation, and even barometric pressure and humidity ALL can play a factor in the boost you see... This summer...
Found & Fixed the problem
Well i figured out what happened... When i changed the plugs 3 or 4k ago i was worried about overtightening them and then the next time I had to pullem breaking them so I just snugged them down good... Well when i went to pull them today I started with the drivers side...

Yes it only runs rough or ""stumbles"" like it has a slight misfire at idle but the popping happens at idle as well as when decelerating ( It has always racked off & popped SOME on decels but it is popping quite a bit more now than it normally does)
