Update - I took the car to a local performance shop and they checked all wiring and everything was fine. They did a compression test and cylinder 2 had no compression due to a broken valve spring. They put in a new valve spring and now the cars running like a beast.

I did say I switched the mid-pipe a month prior to the issues in one of my recent comments. Swapped the old offroad x pipe for a catted x pipe. I'll see if the o2 sensors are connected properly.
I disconnected the maf and the car continued to idle poorly and then died when reconnected..As for my LTFTS, LTFT1 was at -25% and LTFT2 was at 25%. SHRTFT1 was switching from -11.7 to -13.3 repeatedly. SHRTFT2 was mostly sitting at 14.8 but would sometimes go to 18. I didn’t do my spark plugs...
I have a 05 GT that recently started running kind of rough. I replaced sparkplugs, coil packs and now injectors. It runs decent when I get on it, it's just the idle that's really bad and the engine is shaking a lot. I pulled codes and it told me system 1 is too rich and system 2 is too lean...
