It is an all steel hood. I was hoping to not have to do any paint work on the hood. I have found another black hood off a wrecked Mustang that I may purchase and then sell this one.- danvhp

After doing some more research, I have found a part# of F01230260DS for the hood. This is an aftermarket hood Boss 9 hood with non functioning ram air.
