    What is your oil pressure? I had issues with my pressure dropping under 20 psi at idle on warm days & the cam solenoids - which are activated by oil pressure - would start making the noise you describe. Bring the rpm up a bit and the noise goes away. Switched to 5W-50 oil & problem solved...
