First step would be to clear the codes. Then start the car up and see which codes come back on. See which cylinders are misfiring. Then swap a coil from a cylinder not misfiring with one that is misfiring. If the misfire changes cylinders then you know the coils bad. Could be many other problems...

From condensation in the motor. Normally happens when you start and shut of you car without letting it get to full temp. If the oil is milky in the oil pan then you have more to be worried about.
