I am looking at a pid, datalogging with livelink

I did some revs last night in my garage and was watching the data. My fuel rail pressure sensor was getting about 13 psi of boost with a fast rev, my fuel pressure would jump up quickly to 52 psi, car would pop and bog as the fuel pressure drops to 32 or lower psi.

I have the Gt500 pumps, my last dyno before I started getting into the new tuning through Lasota was 580whp.

I am looking on drop across injectors. What can I do to troubleshoot?

Thanks for the input, I called Edelbrock about the Eforce installation to make sure my vacuum lines are correct and he said my lines were correct. The tech guy at edelbrock seemed to think that the fuel pressure drop was normal. I don't know. I hope my tuner can get me tuned right.

Has anyone looked at their fuel pressure to see if their fuel pressure drops to around 32 when you first get on it? I wish Lito would email me back so I could get him to tune me, i emailed him 5 times in 2 months.

Edelbrock Eforce tech support seemed to think that is normal, wonder if they are right?

Did you ever fix yor Gt500 fuel pump problem? I am chasing down a lean tip in I think is linked to fuel pressure drop when the gas pedal is first touched.

What does your fuel pressure do? 1. At idle? 2. When you first touch the throttle aggressively? 3. Wot 3-6k rpms? I am in the middle having a company tune my mustang and the tuner thinks I have an issue with my fuel psi. I just want to see if my car has a problem (new build) or if he should be...

I checked all my connections and everything looks good. Any guesses would be appreciated, thanks!

I will check my connections. I did unplug each fuel pump one at a time to see if one pump was failed, they both are operational.

This is a new build with a freshly forged motor. The original owner has died and the car ran pretty good (580 whp). It always had a lag tho when you first hit the pedal and was lean at first too. I decided to have LaSota tune it and he saw the fuel psi drop at first too. I am trying to get that...

Any ideas what to trouble shoot? Guesses ?
