Blown 3v 4.6 - replacement options

Engine Problem-Please help

Wel I too am having engine troubles. My 09 gt blew its motor. CR does have mods roush dual phase dual belt supercharger. Pcm tune shortie headers etc. 15000 miles is all and only 2k with supercharger. My ford dealer says should be covered as did ford inspector under fords 3 yr 36k warranty...
