    Why don't you put your transbrake on something with some power? So far your badass brake has been "shown" on a 10.30 gutless pig. Why isn't your brake on anything that actually runs?     465s are longer (taller) than 405s. When I switched from 405s to 465s I had to have Fore send me a new hat and stand to fit them. Maybe the difference in height is marginal enough that it will still fit in a stock hat?

    I run the 2" ARH ... I would suggest the 1 7/8" ARH for your needs as they are an "off the shelf" piece. Mine fit great, great build quality, and look good.

    KD is correct. The problematic shaft being replaced is the intermediate.

    I have 2 Circle D transmissions with the Exedy stuff and billet shaft. It is not a billet input shaft, it is the intermediate shaft.
