    Hook your tape on the fender between the door gap and measure over 6 1/8” to the middle of the white vertical stripe in the center. Than measure down from the fender body line 3 1/2” to the very top of the emblems chrome edge.

    Is it a 2013 that you are looking for the measurements for? I have a 2012 that I can measure to give you a pretty good idea of the placement. I also have some 05-09 fenders that are off the car so I could get more detailed measurements for them.

    Yes, that’s the rolled tip that comes with the GT Appearance Package option first introduced in 2007 I think. Time to hit those with some Mothers metal polish. What’s the black trim around it, did you add a ground effects piece.

    Electrical issues

    Sure sounds like the SJB could be the problem like so many you read about here and online. Many seem to get by without a problem after cleaning all the corrosion etc. from the plugs and pins.

    Very well could be Bullitt mufflers particularly if the Bullitt's came with special mufflers and tips.     That circled part is a strange one, what is it and why would you need it. Also, every mounting bolt is numbered HS1 and they are all about an 1" long, no way it would mount the circled part as indicated on the diagram because it wouldn't be long enough.
