    Difference Between DR3Z-4033-B and M-4033-KA

Same exact part. Just changed mine last August after shooting a ring gear bolt through my first DR3Z-4033-B cover. Save the money and buy Ford Service part.

6 piston Brembos really worth it?

Team Dynamics 18x10 wheels fit with 15mm front spacer, Ford Racing BBS wheels for the 302S cars fit, Vorschlag has the CF5 wheels shown above that fit and the Boss wheels, stock, 302S and GT 500 Track PAck wheels in 19" work too. I run carbotech XP24 pads on them and they work very well. If you...

    Oil Pressure Loss in Braking

I run just above the full line on the dipstick. about 1/16". I made it a point to observe my Autometer elite gauge under full braking and cornering at the Glen last week end and under -1.15 and lateral 1.2 g the needle did not waver below 70 psi. A dedicated road race pan is a valuable mod. My...

    Oil Pressure Loss in Braking

I run a Moroso aluminum road race pan. No oil pressure drop under braking or lateral g loads. Less expensive than the Ford Racing part and is also fully baffled and trap doored. Worth the investment. Steve

    '13 longblock into '11 harness.

Connectors on the '13 harnesses were changed due to vibration induced failures at the pins on the actuators and the camshaft position sensors. Just had the problem on my '11 GT after 12000 miles of Road Racing, 29000 miles overall. Precision Race Service does a mod to the harness and 9 sensors...

    Wheel Spacers

I run 15mm H&R spacers up front over Ford Racing/ARP extended studs with no issues in over 2 seasons. They are hubcentric and made of aluminum/magnesium alloy. No issues with torque retention or wheel bearings. 18"x10" Team Dynamics wheels, 305/650-18 Continental Slicks over 15" GT 500 6 piston...

    Cylinder head retrofit

Thanks Steve I looked at the exploded diagram too and saw the valves and springs weren't yellow blocked. So $1500 vs $2600 for a set of Boss heads could be a good value if it works. One more question, do the cylinder head gaskets interchange/supercede between '11-'14 and the '15+? That would...

    Cylinder head retrofit

Steve Do the service replacement heads come loaded with valves and springs? If I go first will you cut me a good deal?

    Brembo caliper upgrade (not GT500)

Fej, where are you getting that adapter bracket?

    Cylinder head retrofit

Does anyone know for sure if the '15+ cylinder heads will work on an Aluminator short block and match up to the '11-'14 intake manifolds and headers? Looking to build up an engine around these heads, cheaper than Boss heads and basically the same it seems. Steve

    VIR Lap Times

Got down to a 2:12.90 this past Saturday. Running 305/305 Continental take offs, 450 RWHP 3.55 geared NA/CJ equipped 5.0 GT motor. No video of the fast run just data as the iPhone was out of memory. Have this video of a 2:13:37 lap though, had to stay out of the oil dry at Hog Pen or else maybe...
