So... I've ended up buying Ford mirror, part number 011083. Mount tab the same as old one, so it fit perfectly. Mirror itself 2-3cm wider, so some kind of upgrade :D
It cost me ~15$ or so, much less than the one that had 'Mustang' in title (around ~50$) :D
My 2006 GT seems to be without a socket for power dimming - I double-checked that today. It's no big deal, as dimming is not my goal and I have a tinted rear window anyway. I am more worried about the mounting tab and whether a newer mirror will fit it.
Hello,
My interior rear mirror has deteriorated so much that it's time to replace it.
After a couple of YouTube videos later, I managed to detach the old one.
Now a question - are newer mirrors (let's say, from the 2017 model year) compatible with a '06 Mustang?
I found a good deal on this...
It seems it's 13411B
Or even 6R3Z-13411-BA

and...
Yes
And the manual is surprisingly poor at labelling sockets for bulbs.
I found info about connects - C151 (Side lamp) and C1023 (Turn/Park lamp) - https://iihs.net/fsm/?d=40&f=Component%20Location%20Views.pdf
But nothing on socket type/part number...
I want to replace bulb sockets as they are worn out.
I cannot find a part number for turn and parking lights bulb sockets.
For bulb W5W T10 - will it be 4F9Z-13411-A ?
